Perfect 2 day stay at the Julian Lodge. My husband and I were celebrating our 35th anniversary and we enjoyed our stay at this cute and charming lodge. The room was clean and spacious and the beds firm with nice bedding. Great location right off Main Street so you can walk to restaurants and shopping and Pie! Staff very welcoming and helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Julian.
Gentleman at front desk was more than accommodating. My reservation was for 3pm, I arrived at 10:45am. He allowed me to leave my car parked in front of the hotel while I walked and explored the town doing some shopping and getting lunch. He told me he would text me when my room was ready. I received the text at 12:30pm. Very nice. Loved the room. Had modern amenities but was very periodic correct . Loved the old dressing table, and decor. Slept like a log. Ac worked great, rain shower was very good. Will definitely stay here again when back. T. Hinshaw
The room was very clean and cozy. Walls are a little thin but nothing too bad. Such a nice little spot. Easy parking and close to everything you'd want to hit up in Julian.
Very cozy and terrific location, reasonable price. Room was basic but comfortable. Convenient parking. The two minor knocks: a) wifi in room 106 was weak, this room was pretty close to front office, b) if you got guests above you, you can really hear their movement. Would stay again!
The Julian Lodge was the best place I've ever stayed in Julian. It is steps off Main Street, so you don't need to move your car from their parking lot. My room, a deluxe queen, was immaculate and nicely furnished. It was also very quiet and peaceful. The manager was extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for us. I heartily recommend the Lodge for your stay in Julian.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by an awesome man, by the name of Jeff, at the counter, and luckily we got the last room. The lodge is very nice, and the rooms are spacious enough for two people, only thing we were surprised about, was having to pay for parking. Julian is a beautiful and rustic small town, and worth the long drive, so make sure you stay for the night.
I have been staying at the Lodge for many years when I visit my sister who lives in Julian. The location is great, close to all the shops and the main street. The rooms are are well maintained and always clean and comfortable. Air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, and microwave are all in every unit.
Our stay at Julian Lodge was great. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location is fantastic in relation to alll the shops, cafes, and bars. The staff was very friendly. Elaine, Sabrina, and Pops were welcoming and made me feel like family. I would very much recommend staying here if you are near Julian.
